I grew up in the famous and popular Southfield Gardens, starting in 1965. I was the fourth of five kids in the Wolfe family. Summers meant the now-defunct Edgewood Swim Club. IYKYK.

My life has been shaped by the people I’ve loved, the communities I’ve been part of, the work I’ve done, and the interests that keep me curious. I’m starting with the early years and adding the details as I tell the story.

Marriage & family
I have a blended family of five children: two biological children and three from my late wife. They are, by far, the most important people in my life. We’re very close and share an amazing, respectful relationship. I’m a proud grandfather of four, with one more on the way. Three of my children are married, one is engaged, and one is in a serious relationship. Our family is close-knit and still growing.
